At Besra Comics, we aim to deliver your favourite comic books safely and reliably. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
We generally aim to process orders within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Orders will be dispatched once they have been packed and prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping and Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on the destination, courier service, and other logistical factors.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within India: Approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote locations: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability and local conditions.
These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
The final shipping cost may depend on the delivery address, order weight, package size, and the shipping method available.
Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the conditions mentioned in the relevant offer.
4. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared with the customer after dispatch through the contact information provided at checkout.
Customers can use these details to follow the shipment’s progress through the relevant courier service.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and valid contact details.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Please contact us promptly if you notice an error in your delivery address. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
6. Damaged Packages or Missing Items
If your package arrives visibly damaged, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and received products, where applicable.
Please retain the packaging until the issue has been reviewed. We will assess the request and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy and applicable law.
7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.
We will make reasonable efforts to check the shipment status with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.
Delivery delays caused by courier services or other external factors may be beyond our direct control; however, we will endeavour to assist our customers.
8. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be handled according to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy and applicable law.
