Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – Besra Comics

At Besra Comics, we take care to ensure that every comic book reaches our customers in good condition. Please read our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy before placing an order.
1. Return Policy
Comic books sold by Besra Comics are generally non-returnable once delivered, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition, a printing defect is found, or an incorrect item has been delivered.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, accidental ordering, or personal preference.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect comic book, you may request a replacement or refund.
To raise a request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.
- Photographs of the outer packaging, where applicable.
- A brief description of the issue.
Please retain the original packaging until your request has been resolved.
3. Replacement Policy
Where a claim is approved, Besra Comics may arrange a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate refund or alternative resolution with you.
Replacement shipping costs for approved damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims will be borne by Besra Comics.
4. Refund Policy
If a replacement cannot be provided, an eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method, wherever possible.
Once approved, refunds will generally be initiated within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, if any, will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the order and applicable law.
5. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. However, this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Except where required by applicable law, returns or replacements will generally not be accepted for:
- Products delivered in the condition described at the time of sale.
- Damage caused after delivery through mishandling or improper storage.
- Requests made without sufficient evidence of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
- Minor variations in print, colour, or appearance that do not constitute a genuine defect.

8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights available under applicable Indian laws. Requests will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
