- At Besra Comics, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. That’s why we offer a cancellation policy for all Comic Books and Graphic Novels purchased through our website.
Once an order has been placed, it can be cancelled at any time until the item has been shipped. This gives our customers peace of mind knowing that they can make changes to their orders if necessary.
Please note that once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, we do offer returns and exchanges for items that are in new condition and have not been opened or used. - Once pre-ordered any Comic Book from the website, under dire circumstances, Besra Comics reserves the right to postpone the pre-order for 60 days from the date of booking. If there is any further delay then Besra Comics will refund all pre-order money.
Generally, refunds across all payment options take between 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) to reflect in your account, and sometimes the process takes 8 to 10 business days, depending on the associated bank. - Post-delivery there will be an option to get a refund if there is damage to the book. Besra Comics reserves the right to decide for the same.
However, no refunds will be done on the basis of not liking the art or story, etc. - Support is only available through Official ‘Besra Comics’ Facebook Group – https://www.facebook.com/groups/besracomics. If your received copy is damaged, please click an image of the damaged copy and post it in the Group along with your Order No.
- It generally takes 5-10 days for the delivery to be completed. However, it might take more time depending on the location.
